Getting the most out of your electric fry pan
Probably one of the most important pans in the kitchen your electric fry pan can be used to cook up a myriad of foods in a matter of minutes. Highly functional and economical, you can whip up your favourite stir fry, beef steak, roast lamb and veggies or pancakes all from the comfort of your kitchen bench. No stove, oven or hot plate to worry about, just grab your trusty electric frying pan and look for the nearest power point! Our favourite roast leg of lamb dish with seasonal veggies Ingredients: 1.5kg leg of lamb on the bone Seasonal Vegetables (add your favourites) – Carrot, Sweet Potatoes, Pumpkin, Beetroot, Onion Garlic Rosemary (fresh sprigs from the garden are best!) Method: Make small incisions in the leg and push chopped garlic into the holes. Rub leg with your favourite oil, we recommend olive oil for the health benefits, season with salt.
